Bio:
Dr. Uldis Bojars is a Semantic Web researcher working at the National Library of Latvia (NLL) and exploring the library use of Semantic Web technologies and Linked Data in particular. Uldis is a member of the W3C Library Linked Data Incubator Group (LLD XG). Uldis received a PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG). His research at DERI Galway involved applying Semantic Web technologies to the Social Web and exploring lightweight ontology development methods. Uldis is a co-founder of the Semantically Interlinked Online Communities (SIOC) project.
